Coptic Orphans is an absolutely fantastic organization. What really impressed me is that the Volunteer Rep knows the family and is well aware of their struggles.
This resounding praise comes from Michael Boctor of Montreal, who has been sponsoring a family in Egypt through Coptic Orphans since 2009.
The family consists of four children and a very enterprising widowed mother. She was determined to renovate her family’s home in a village near Assuit using the money she made raising goats and sheep. God has also used Michael abundantly in this family’s life as he has been corresponding regularly with their Volunteer Rep, asking about their needs, and raising money from his family and friends to help complete the renovation of the family’s home.
Thank God for Volunteer Reps who are deeply committed to the fatherless and for sponsors who make the critical difference!
